PANO is a non-profit organization. Contributions to the Association are not deductible as charitable contributions on the donor's federal income tax return. However, such payments may be deductible as business expenses, provided they are ordinary and necessary in the conduct of the taxpayers' trade or business.
We are dependent on citizens like you to help us with contributions. PANO is organized under section 501(c)(5) of the Internal Revenue Code. We NEVER call your home for contributions.
