We’re excited to introduce even more new features to the PANO1544 web app! Under the Reference section, you will now find two valuable additions: U.S. License Plate Designs and Louisiana Specialty Plates.
- U.S. License Plate Designs: This feature provides access to a comprehensive database of over 8,000 license plate designs from across the United States. Simply type into the search box to quickly find and identify specific plate designs.
- Louisiana Specialty Plates: This section is designed to assist officers by displaying various Louisiana license plate designs and their corresponding 2 or 3 letter prefix codes for NCIC checks. With over 200 plates and photos available, identifying the correct plate and prefix code has never been easier. For instance, an "Amateur Radio" license plate will have the prefix "FCC" preceding the plate number for NCIC checks.
