HB 14 by Rep. DeWitt: Provides for benefits of rehired retirees in the Municipal Police Employees' Retirement System. The MPERS Board of Trustees supports this bill, if properly amended.

HB 15 by Rep. Fontenot: Provides for the reemployment of retired police officers of the Municipal Police Employees' Retirement System. The MPERS Board of Trustees supports this bill, if properly amended.

HB 36 by Rep. Bacala: Provides relative to membership and benefits of the Municipal Police Employees' Retirement System. We've informed you about this one previously (see here). The MPERS Board of Trustees supports this bill.

HB 42 by Rep. Firment: Provides relative to membership in the Municipal Police Employees' Retirement System. We've informed you about this one previously (see here, here, and here). The MPERS Board of Trustees opposes this bill in its original form.

HB 43 by Rep. Bacala: Provides relative to contributions to and the administration of the Municipal Police Employees' Retirement System. We've informed you about this one previously (see here). The MPERS Board of Trustees supports this bill.
