The Police Association of New Orleans joins the Fraternal Order of Police and New Orleans Police Department in mourning the loss of retired Police Sergeant and FOP Spokesman/Counsel Donavan Livaccari.
In our mutual dedication to representing the interests of the members of the NOPD, we had the privilege of working with Donovan countless times over the years. He is gone way too soon. We will miss our friend and colleague and we offer our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and members of the Fraternal Order of Police.
